This shoot was put together very last minute. I’d seen that Elle was available for the following day, so reached out to confirm. Because of the timescales involved, this wasn’t a planned shoot with themes and structure or many props, but more about getting to know how each other works and using what we had available in the studio. I knew there was a black piano, I knew how Elle looked and knew I had a dress or two that could work well in that scenario.
